With more than 30 years of experience in California state government, Lisa understands firsthand the complexity, pressure, and responsibility that come with leading in public service.

Throughout her career, she served in executive leadership roles, leading teams through crisis response, organizational change, and high-stakes decision-making. That lived leadership experience now shapes how she supports leaders today—grounded in what actually works inside complex organizations, not just theory.
